Whilst the British Airways Brass Band played in the Shipping Building and Pioneer
taught DJing in the lounge, visitors could try out the tuba or tenor horn, the electric guitar, turntables and keyboards. Throughout the day Noisy Toys
were on hand to entertain and teach young people about electronics and the physics of sound and Radio One DJ Sara Cox even stopped by for a visit. We couldn’t have pulled off this amazing musical event without the support and involvement of our partners. Thanks to Caroline Hilton, Uxbridge College, Pro Music International, local youth organisation Acts 29
, Pioneer DJ, Music for All, Take Away and the Musicians’ Union.
